The restriction does not apply to Finnish state unmanned aircraft (military, customs, police, search and rescue, firefighting, border control, coastguard, civil aviation authority) or similar activities or services under the control and responsibility of a Member State.
UAS operations inside the zone are allowed only after the flight arrangements have been agreed upon separately with security-organisation one day before the operation. Security-Organisation can give specific instruction for the drone operations. There are some electromagnetic interference in the area, which could affect adversely drone operation.
